UK servicing & repairs

Dental equipment servicing and repairs, arranged in the UK

We consider dental handpieces, micromotors and small dental equipment from supported makes and models, not only Dassym.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Tell us the make, model and fault

Share what you know. You don't need every detail to start.

  2. Step 2

    We review and confirm

We confirm whether we can help, including any assessment cost.

  3. Step 3

    We arrange the next step

We send collection or return instructions. Please don't send equipment until we've confirmed the arrangements.

Preventive maintenance

Dassym recommends motor servicing after approximately 1,000 sterilisation cycles or three years. Ask us about servicing schedules for your equipment.

For Dassym S-60 and S-60-I systems, see our Dassym UK service centre page. JDN Technical is our authorised UK service-and-repair partner.

Request servicing or repair

Tell us your equipment's make, model and fault where known. We'll review the details, confirm whether we can help and explain the next steps.

Questions

How long will a repair take?
We'll give an estimate once we've reviewed your request and know the make, model and fault.
What will it cost?
We confirm any assessment cost before anything is sent. Submitting a request does not authorise assessment charges, repairs or shipping.
Can I ask about equipment from another manufacturer?
Yes. We consider requests for supported makes and models, not only Dassym. Tell us the make, model and issue so we can check our service scope.
What about warranty repairs?
Choose “Servicing or repair” and tell us the equipment is under warranty. Warranty and product-safety enquiries are handled by Swiss Technologies.
