How a repair works
Repair is a service we carry out, not a component we send out. Your device comes to our UK service centre, is assessed and repaired using genuine Dassym components, and is returned to you. You do not need to identify a part yourself, and you should not need to open the equipment.
Before sending equipment
Contact us first with the device model, serial number and a description of the fault. We will confirm whether the device needs to come in, and send return and shipping instructions.
