Consumables (Dental Burrs, Polishers)
Unopened consumable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to hygiene regulations, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Equipment
Equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to inspection. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. A restocking fee may apply.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund.
