Swiss Technologies Ltd is an independent UK company and is the exclusive UK distributor and service centre for Dassym dental medical devices.
Dassym SA manufactures the Dassym devices. Swiss Technologies Ltd does not manufacture them. Swiss Technologies Ltd is not “Dassym UK”.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store on your computer, telephone, tablet or other device.
Cookies can perform different functions, such as remembering a choice you have made or helping a website understand how it is being used.
Similar technologies can perform comparable functions without necessarily using a traditional browser cookie. These can include browser storage, scripts, tags and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device.
In this notice, we use cookies as a convenient term covering cookies and similar storage or access technologies where appropriate.
3. Necessary and optional technologies
We divide the technologies used on our website into two main categories:

We do not activate Vercel Analytics or Zoho SalesIQ merely because you visit or continue browsing the website.
5. More about these technologies
We treat the preference cookie, or equivalent browser storage, as necessary because it exists to record and respect the privacy choice you have requested, rather than repeatedly treating you as though you had made no choice.
Rejecting optional cookies does not disable Cloudflare Turnstile: the contact form remains protected. Turnstile may store or access information on your device in order to generate a verification token which our website checks before accepting a protected form submission.
If you reject optional cookies, website live chat will not load. You can still contact Swiss Technologies using the contact details in section 1.
Where information obtained through any of these technologies constitutes personal data, our processing of that information is subject to applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Notice.
6. Making and changing your cookie choice
When our website asks for your cookie choice, you can choose whether to allow optional technologies.
Consent must be a positive choice. Simply continuing to browse the website is not treated by us as acceptance of optional cookies.
Choosing Accept allows the optional technologies described in this notice to load. Choosing Reject keeps them disabled.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the cookie settings or cookie preferences control provided on our website.
If you withdraw consent for optional cookies, we will stop loading the optional technologies covered by that consent on subsequent use of the site in accordance with your updated choice.
Changing your choice does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place while your previous consent was valid.

We rely on this for the necessary technologies described in section 4: the preference technology that remembers and applies the cookie choice you have requested, and Cloudflare Turnstile as form-security technology.
For the optional technologies described in this notice, we ask for your consent before they are activated. Where consent is required, we seek consent that meets the applicable UK GDPR standard.
9. Personal data
Cookies and similar technologies can sometimes involve the processing of personal data.
Where Swiss Technologies Ltd processes personal data through the website, Swiss Technologies Ltd is the data controller unless stated otherwise.
Our Privacy page provides further information about the personal data we process, the purposes and lawful bases, service providers and recipients, international transfers, retention, your data protection rights and how to contact us about privacy.
10. Third-party services
Cloudflare provides Turnstile, and Vercel and Zoho provide the optional services identified in this Cookies Notice.
Those providers may process information in connection with providing their services to us and are subject to their own applicable privacy and security arrangements.
Our use of service providers does not change Swiss Technologies Ltd's responsibilities for personal data that we process as controller.
11. No online checkout cookies
Our online shop is not currently live and there is no live online checkout.
We therefore do not currently use website cookies for a live Swiss Technologies online checkout or for taking online card payments through the site.
If online purchasing functionality is introduced in the future and this changes the cookies or similar technologies used on the website, we will update this notice and the relevant cookie controls as appropriate.
12. How long cookies last
Different cookies and similar technologies can remain on a device for different periods.
Some technologies operate only for a browsing session, while others can remain for longer so that a preference can be recognised on a later visit.
We keep our use of cookies and similar technologies under review and seek to retain information only for an appropriate period having regard to its purpose.
Where an optional third-party service uses cookies or similar technologies after you have consented to it, the relevant retention arrangements may also depend on the service provider's technology and configuration.
We do not state fixed cookie lifetimes on this page unless they have been verified for the configuration actually deployed on our website.
